    • Parent returns item to front office for us to resell.

    • We issue a refund on squarespace which will refund them the full amount for that item back on their card.

    • They can rebuy the item in the correct size

    • We do not accept washed or stained merchandise.

    RETURNING ANY ITEM WITH DEFECT

    • Parent emails us a picture of the defect

    • We can issue a complaint with printful and they will reprint and ship the item for free.

    IF THEY RETURN ONE ITEM FROM A BIG ORDER

    • Instead of refunding them the entire order, we can give them a one time only %100 discount to use to rebuy the item.
