Thank you for your interest in Calvary Christian Academy! Financial aid is available to kindergarten through eighth-grade students only. Preschool students are not eligible for financial aid.  Before you complete the application, we encourage you to pray for God’s direction and provision for your finances.

God can do “exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think”. (Ephesians 3:20)

Financial Aid Process:

Cost is $35 per family

 
 

  1. Returning Students: The Returning Student enrollment process must be completed and the enrollment fees paid before your financial aid application will be considered.

    New Students: The New Student application process must be completed, all application fees paid, and the student assessment & interview must be completed before your financial aid application will be considered.

  2. Please read through the online Financial Aid Application and if you feel the Lord leading you to do so, fill out the online financial aid application thoroughly and answer all questions honestly and completely. Enrolled Families that receive financial aid will be given opportunities to support the school and the support will be considered during future financial aid reviews.

  3. Click the button below to complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment online.

  4. Upload the required documents after completing the online application. The forms can be faxed to 866-315-9264 (not recommended). Please be sure to include the Application ID on all faxed documents. Please call FACTS at 866-315-9262 for any issues in uploading your documents.

    Upload copies of your current W2, Federal Tax forms, and supporting tax schedules if applicable. In addition to Federal tax forms required by FACTS, copies of the last 3 months’ personal bank account statement and other information may be required and requested by CCA from all self-employed and foreign applicants.

  5. Financial Aid consideration is considered on a first-come, first-served basis, as well as the need and merit of eligible families. CCA has a limited amount of funds available each year.  Enrolled Families that receive financial aid will be given opportunities to support the school and the support will be considered during future financial aid reviews.  

  6. The deadline for Financial Aid applications is March 1 for returning students. However, we continue to accept and review financial aid applications after the deadline as funding allows. Due to the limited funds, we make every attempt to provide assistance to eligible families, but we strongly encourage them to comply with deadlines and submission of required paperwork.

  7. The Financial Aid Committee only reviews applications if your FACTS Online Application is completed.

  8. Notification of financial aid awards will be made by May 1st. Please do not call FACTS regarding your award; they are only an assessment tool.

  9. All grants are at the discretion of the Financial Aid Committee and the grant can be revoked at any time.
